Application for Payment Guidelines

Please adhere to the following guidelines for submission of Subcontractor Applications for Payment (pay applications/draws):

1. All Applications for Payment must be submitted to the Naples, Orlando, or Sarasota office by the 20th of the month for payment on the 15th of the following month.
2. CORE Construction will no longer be accepting faxed Applications for Payment. They must be submitted by mail, hand delivered, or emailed to payapp@coreconstructfl.com.
3. Each Application for Payment may only reflect payment for one building and applicable to one subcontract. They will be returned for correction if an Application for Payment reflects multiple buildings or subcontracts with CORE Construction.
